How to Order

  • Make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions.

  • Go to "Home"

  • Under "Shop", click on one of the buttons for the merch. It will redirect you to the order form.

  • Fill out the form and submit.

  • Wait for the order confirmation email within 48 hours.

  • Send payment within 24hours.

  • Fill out the payment form and upload your proof of payment.

  • Wait for the payment confirmation email within 24 hours.

  • Orders will be shipped out in 1-5 days after payment has been made.
    Note: If you have a pre-ordered item(e.g. T-shirts), it will take 1-3 weeks in production before your order will be shipped out.

  • You will receive an email if your order is now out for delivery together with the tracking details.

NOTE: SUBMITTING MULTIPLE ORDERS IN DIFFERENT CATEGORIES
(e.g. Streamer Fanart Merch + Kpop Fanart Merch + etc.)
Kindly answer the questions in the order form. Check the categories.
You will have an option to have them shipped separately or together in one package.
!! If the questions are left unanswered, all orders will be shipped together in one package(unless it has a different shipping address). !!

Can I pay 50% first, then pay the remaining 50% after receiving the order?
No. All orders should be paid in full before I process your order.
I made a mistake in my order, can I change it?
Please send a message within 24 hours on any of my social media accounts or email me at [email protected].
Is COD available?
No COD except for SDD orders.
Is the shipping free?
No. Shipping fees would be paid by the buyer.
Do you ship to _____?
All orders are available for shipping within the Philippines only.
If you want them to be shipped outside the Philippines, kindly send me a message and we can talk about it. However, please note that international shipping rates may cost a lot.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes. All the stickers are waterproof.
How long is the production time for t-shirt orders?
It will take 1-3 weeks for the t-shirt production depending on the shirt size and color availability and the printing queue.
What is the material for the T-shirts?
They are high quality 100% cotton, round neck shirts.
Regular T-shirts are 195gsm thick. For reference, I usually get Fruit of the Loom or Gildan shirts, depending on availability.
Thick T-shirts are 220gsm thick. For reference, I usually get Yalex Premium or similar shirts depending on availability.
What kind of print will be used for the T-shirts?
High-quality DTF print in A3 size will be used.
What are the T-shirt sizes?
Kindly see the size chart here.
Are there discounts on items?
Some stickers and photocards are sold at a discounted price when you order a set.
As of now, there are no discounts available for regular items.
Will you add more items/designs?
YES! I'm currently making more designs and also planning on releasing more items soon! I'll be posting about them on my social media accounts when they're already out so check for updates there!

How to Order

  • Ask if there are available slots. If you plan on having the artwork completed at a certain date, kindly mention it as well so I can inform you if I can do it or not.

  • I will let you know if there are available slots.
    If there are slots open for you, and you decide to proceed with the commission, I will let you know when I can start working on your request.

  • Make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions.

  • Fill out the Commission Order Form.

  • Wait for the order confirmation email within 24-48 hours.

  • Keep your inbox open while I start working on your request.

  • Wait for me to send the rough sketch.

  • If the sketch is good for you, I will send you an invoice for your order.

  • Send payment within 48 hours (50% or full or whatever is discussed).

  • Fill out the payment form and upload your proof of payment.

  • Wait for the payment confirmation email within 24 hours.

  • Your commission request is now in progress.
    Kindly check your inbox regularly for updates.

NOTE: I will be sending updates regarding the progress of your order. This is to confirm whether the artwork needs revision or if it is now ready for the next step. I will pause working on your order while I wait for your reply. Kindly check your inbox regularly so it won't affect the time to complete your order.How many slots are available for commission?
It depends on my schedule and how much I can accept at the moment but I usually open 3-5 slots in a month.
What is the turnaround time for commissions?
It depends on how complex the request is and how smooth the process is gonna be but for simple artworks, it takes at least 3 days.
Can I request a rush order?
No. I have other things I am busy with and I cannot sacrifice any of them to accommodate rush commissions.
What are the payment methods?

Can I pay in full right away before my order is in progress?
Yes. You have the option to pay at least 50%-100% of your order amount. However, If there are instances wherein an additional fee would apply as I am working on your order, you have to pay it before I send the final files to you.
Can you send me the high-quality images first before I settle my balance?
NO. Files will be only sent when the order has been paid in full. If you want to see the result of your order, I am always sending low-quality images with my watermark on them for you to view and check for possible revisions.
Can I request a bigger file size for my order?
Yes. You will have to pay an additional fee depending on the final sizing.
Can I cancel my order?
You may only cancel your order if you haven't gotten any order confirmation email from me yet. If your order is already in progress, you may cancel it but keep in mind that there will be no refunds for your order.
I encourage everyone to please only make an order if you're 100% sure about it. I give time and effort in thinking about the whole process the moment I start doing your request.
Can I change my request?
You may change your full request before I send you an order confirmation email. However, if your order is already in progress and you want to make changes, you will have to pay an additional fee depending on the changes.
I want my request to be made as merch after.
If you want them as merch after, kindly let me know by including it in your order form.
Here are the details for each merch:
T-shirts
- can print 1:1 per design
- can choose shirt size, color, and material thickness
- A3 size print only
Stickers / Keychains / Pins
- bulk orders per design (total qty will depend on design)
Printing, shipping, and other fees will be shouldered by the buyer
